Because some day I'll get sick of the songs I like so I won't love them anymore and it's a burden to unlove those songs. I usually don't press the love button unless the song is my ultimate favorite. I searched for a bit and someone said that I am supposed to 'love' a song. Maybe it's just these days' mainstream music isn't my taste, apple music simply sucks, or I'm using it wrong. Maybe I thought Spotify was giving me too much hipster, indie music and I think I wanted more of mainstream.īut it's been extremely awful for a couple of years. I was using Spotify for years but I changed to apple for reasons I don't even remember. It wasn't always like this though, at least for me. I am SO frustrated that Apple music playlists and recommendations, charts, whatever that is on that app sucks so bad. My next test Monday will be to play 12 hours of music to see if its something to do with MP3 files as podcasts and music are both MP3 and I also think if I'm not wrong Audible uses the same mp3 files for there books. In conclusion I can play an Audiobook all night and still have 60% battery life at the end of a 12 hour shift but If I use ether the podcast app or downcast I will not only eat threw my internal battery but also my external Mophie juice pack and even at that I need to connect up my 10,000MAH battery just to get me threw the night. Played an audiobook with Audible no problems.

Tested Downcast as well and Im having the same problem so Im starting to think this is IOS related.Ĥ.

Only pull when on WIFI at home well plugged in to insure its not eating my battery.ģ.

Turned off all auto Pull podcasts from the default 1 hour to Manually so it does not go looking every hour.Ģ. I am having the same problem and I'm starting to think Apple really does not care to much about this.
